1. Account Creation.

For any subscription with Play-Doh Teach & Play the following process will apply:

1.       You must fill in a registration form in which you provide requested data

2.       Once complete an email is sent to you with an automatically generated username and password for the Play-Doh Teach & Play website

3.       On first log in to the Play-Doh Teach & Play it is recommended to amend the username and password. Once this first log in complete this acts as an acceptance of these terms

2. Termination.

Your access to the Play-Doh Teach & Play can be stopped at any time without any notice to you.

Hasbro may, with or without warning, cease operation of the Play-Doh Teach & Play, terminate your account, or otherwise restrict your access to Play-Doh Teach & Play.

3. License to Use Play-Doh Teach & Play.

All aspects of Play-Doh Teach & Play are owned by Hasbro and your use of it does not mean you own anything in it. You have our permission to use content from Play-Doh Teach & Play so long as you comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to access Play-Doh Teach & Play for personal, non-commercial use. Your rights are subject to your compliance with the Terms.

5. Indemnification.

If you don’t follow these rules and something happens because of it, neither Hasbro or The Rapport Group or any of our partners, will be held responsible.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our parent and affiliated companies, and all officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors, and licensees harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with your use of Play-Doh Teach & Play, Play-Doh Teach & Play Content, as well as your breach of these Terms. You shall use best efforts to cooperate with us in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

6. Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution.

This agreement is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

7. Links to Third Parties.

We are not responsible for anything that might happen once you have left Play-Doh Teach & Play, even if you left using a website link in Play-Doh Teach & Play.

As a service to you, we may provide links from Play-Doh Teach & Play to websites of third parties. Once you leave Play-Doh Teach & Play, we have no control over third parties and their respective websites and terms of service

The Terms shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon either party’s respective successors and permitted assigns.

Competition Terms and Conditions/July 2017

Please read these competition rules carefully.

By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by the rules.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All entrants must be on the Play-Doh Early Years database as a registered member of Play-Doh Teach & Play.

There are 20 prizes on offer. Each is for two Play-Doh products from the Shape & Learn range. No alternative to the prizes will be given.

Prizes are not transferable to another person. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or vouchers.

Entries must be submitted by the closing date, 16 September 2017.

Entries must be accompanied by details requested.

All entries must be accompanied by your name, job title, phone number, email address and address of your early years place of employment.

Entries should be submitted by email to play-doh@rapportgroup.com or by post to: Play-Doh Competition, Rapport, Epic House, 128 Fulwell Road, Teddington, TW11 0RQ.

The competition is not open to employees of Hasbro, Play-Doh, The Rapport Group or any members of their immediate families.

Entries will not be returned. Please take a copy for your own reference

Competition winners will be contacted by email and/or phone.

The organisers reserve the right to inform the press and media about details of the competition and the results, including the names and locations of winners.

If Rapport cannot make contact with a winning entrant within a period of 30 days after the closing date, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.

Incorrectly completed entries or those containing insufficient information will be disqualified.

Neither Hasbro, Play-Doh or The Rapport Group are responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any entries.

Proof of posting or of email delivery will not be taken as proof of entry.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, the conduct or results of the competition, or any other matter relating to the competition, the decision of The Rapport Group shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, or comment issued in respect of any decision made.

By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you in your entry is true, accurate and complete in every respect.The Rapport Group reserves the right to verify any information contained in and with your entry and/or your eligibility to enter the competition.

The Rapport Group reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entry has breached any of the rules, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person. Each entry acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the rules could lead to disqualification.

In the event that a prize-winner is disqualified from the Competition,The Rapport Group will, unless otherwise stated in the competition terms, select an alternative prize-winner in the same manner as the original prize-winners.

Any personal information relating to entrants will be used solely by us in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. All prize-winners unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting any prize) to: (a) the use of their names, one or more photographs of themselves; and (b) co-operate with or participate in any reasonable post-competition publicity.
